is not only an independent cozy attic with private bathroom
to sleep, but an invitation to share his " savoir faire"
(tact) , that will make your staying an unforgettable
experience.
Carlos has renovated this old Italian Byzantine architecture
style house keeping its original old flavor while merging
it with a new modern one, creating a delicious atmosphere
that makes each corner of the house an enjoyable space,
as much as the owner is as a person.
The owner is a charming person, with a law degree, ideal
too share a conversation with while forgetting that the
clock exists, or sharing his intense social life. He often
organize parties with friends in the house allowing to
his -single- guest (two at the most) the chance to share
them and thus to live the authentic life of a citizen
of Buenos Aires, although very special.
It is a large three story house with wooden floors. It
has an enormous and warm living and dinning-room.
The perfectly equipped and comfortable kitchen is the
right site to prepare exquisite meals for friends and
taste a glass of wine.
There is a garden in the front as well as another one
in the back of the house with a pool. Bedrooms and bathrooms
are in the upper floors.
There is a wooden mezzanine - extension of the beautiful
wooden staircase leading to the upper floors made out
of oak - with an interesting library and a large collection
of diverse music.
The designated room for the guest is in the third floor
- two flights up from the ground floor-, very warm but
soberest equipped and miminalistic furnished as much as
it is the rest of the house. It has his own bath with
stall-shower and access to a huge terrace overlooking
a single view of Palermo Viejo. It also has High Speed
Internet Access and cable TV.
It offers Continental breakfast. Only gay-friendly guests
are welcome.
