|
- A 50% deposit of the total amount is
required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can
be made by bank wire directly into our bank account
in the USA (you pay all wire transfer fees).
- Upon arrival, our staff will meet you
at your apartment with your keys and orient you with
the apartment. Your remaining balance will be due and
must be in cash. We will also collect a security deposit
in the amount of U$S 400-$1,000 (depending on the property)
that will be returned to you, provided that everything
is in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything
is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to
repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security
deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due.
- A passport or national ID must be presented
at the check-in. The use of the property by more than
the capacity limits of the property will result in the
immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- Any cancellation made with 16 or more
days notice before your scheduled arrival date
will be charged two night's rent. Any cancellation made
with 10-15 days notice will be charged 3 night's rent.
Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before
your arrival date will have their entire deposit forfeited.
